My 26th bday is in late January and I'm planning on having a big party, I have to admit this year I have really let myself go due to new job and work schedule. I want to lose 15 20 lbs in a month and I'm willing to spend up to $300 on pills to help me lose the weight, only I have absolutely no knowledge on what to buy to help me lose the weight fast. What would u recommend I buy. Of course I'm going to work out as well but I also need something to give me the energy to do this. Help help help lol

I have been tryin to get rid of my extra weight Im 170 lbs at 5'6 and i can see it on my face so I need to do something and fast so I googled weight loss and the 4 day weight loss system came up it sounds really good but I dont want to pay for something that I dont know if it really works or not so I guess what Im asking is has anyone dont this and if so what is the diet so you loss from 12 18lbs in 4 day?

I am looking to lose 30 35 lbs in 5 months for a wedding I'm attending. So I'd like to know which weight loss program between Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers and Nutrisystem is TRUELY the most effective, and also which has the best food. Please ONLY reply if you have used one of these programs YOURSELF and have first hand experience. I'd like to get an honest opinion of how effective they are. Thanks for your replies.
Can someone recommend a weight loss system for me?
i'm 222.2 lbs last time i checked yesterday and i'm not going to lie, a good amount of it is fat, i was wondering if someone could recommend me a diet plan and an excersize plan to help me lose weight, i bought pro clinical hydroxycut today just to see if it worked, which i heard it doesn't, but i may as well give it a shot, i'm up for anything, no matter the side effects, i'm just really tired of being fat. i am a 15 year old boy, and i'm 5" 10, please don't suggest " eat healthier" or anything dumb like that, because i have been for quite some time, and excersizing regularly, i just don't know what excersizes to do, and i don't know what to eat, please no " smart" answers, other than that, anything goes

I'm 14, and I'm very unhappy with my body. I have alot of extra belly fat. I've tried dieting, and I exercise alot. Whenever I tell my mom i dont like the way i look, she laughs and says im fine, I'M NOT I'm very unhappy. I've been seeing commercials for various types of weight loss systems e.g. nutrisystem, alli, weight watchers etc. and I really wanna try something, I want to be happy with the way i look. How do i tell my mom? I look pregnant no exageration

Is it bad for a 14 year old to use sensa weight loss system?
im really concered about one of my freinds.she says that she wants to loose a lot of weight. and shes been talking about things that are for grown ups. like sensa weight loss system. shes a vegetarian who doesnt eat that much. she hates dairy products for some weird reason. every time i eat ice cream or frozen yougurt around her she just says no thank you i dont want any. she doesnt eat any fat stuff at all. no cake or cup cakes ice cream. if any thing she eats a couple patoe chips here and there. she mostly eats veggies i think. but the other day we were at the mall and we passed by a GNC store out side they have a weight machine that tells you how much you weight and you body fat. so she is 5" 3 and weights 142.2 pounds and she is 25 pounds over weight. so she at least wants to loose 25 pounds. but what i dont get is that shes 25 pounds over weight? of eating what? she hates a lot of candy and ice cream. its weird but i never saw her eat any thing fatty like that around me, but her sister is 5" 9 5" 10 really tall could this weight be just baby fat that she is gonna use to grow. she wants to use sensa. sensa is powder you sprinkle on you food for your brain to think that your body is full but she bearly eats she eats veggies and thats it. she want to take this a long with vitamins and she still wants to go to the gym is this healthy for a 14 yr old? p.s shes turning 15 if it matters?i doubt that shes eating in secret why would she do that? but what is big boned? her sister and mom does have thick thighs but her brother is twig? also say WHY she should or should NOT take sensa weight loss sytem?

like i work out 1 hr each day .. i stillget the munchies is it okay if i still eat i lil bit like right now my dads cooking popcorn can i still eat popcorn?
