What are some good weight loss systems for teenagers?
I'm 14 years old, and i way around 160. I know i'm overweight, and im looking for a way do lose about 20 pounds.I'm not into real heavy exercising, but i will exercise.Some friends told me about the Hydroxicut things you put in water. do they work?I will take any suggestions, i just need an answer to help me lose some weight.

I don't want to have to pay any kind of money at all but i want to drop about 45 50 pounds. I weigh 174 and i want to be around 130.
What is a good weight loss system (paid or otherwise) for someone who is inactive?
My mother is considered to be extremely obese given her height and weight. She's 5'8 and I would guess her at 300 lbs. She has horrible confidence and is just miserable constantly and I would like to find some program which could help her down the path to losing some of the weight. Problem is, my mom is clinically depressed and has anxiety problems, so she never leaves the house and has trouble finding the will just to get up and cook a meal, much less anything else, so she's extremely inactive. I think that losing some weight would be a good start toward turning her life around though I'm not sure many programs would be effective without exercise. She drinks a little each day and smokes. Does anyone know a good program, like jenny craig or something, which would be a good start for her? I don't know if a diet plan is really the best option since she eats only a meal or two a day but I'm really just looking for any ideas. Thanks.

Questions about alli weight loss system?
I want to lose 10 to 15 lbs. I try to eat a low fat diet. Will Alli help me if I already eat a low fat diet? Will the fat pass through my system if I only eat 7 grams or so per meal? I do not want the side effects I heard of with this pill. Do you only have side effects if you eat a bunch of fat and take the pill?
