Need weight loss advice. What should I do to lose weight?
I just want to lose weight solely for the purpose of losing my luv handles and slight belly fat. I don't want to lose too much weight as I plan to build back up to my current weight with healthy weight gain methods. I weight 165lb standing at 4" 4. I really need advice as I am completely clueless as to what to do. Would the P90 X be a good exercise program to follow?

Any weight loss advice for my cousin?
My cousin has been told by her doctor that she needs to lose five pounds. She is age 13 and 5" 2 and she is a vegetarian. She isn't athletic, but she, along with her whole family, is naturally skinny she just put on some weight as a side effect of a medication that she is no longer taking.She knows all about healthy eating and exercise and such. Generally she is a pretty healthy kid. But she doesn't even know where to start in terms of weight loss.Thanks in advance for your advice.

Since I was younger I have always watched my weight, as a child my parents always took me too the docs cause I wouldnt eat.They used to sit me at the table and not let me move for hours until I ate my veg They even used to hide it in my mash YUKHeres the thing, I hate veg and fruit Accept banana and potato and I cant touch or go near it FULL STOP In meat I only like chicken Not a great fan and Turkey.Im a really fussy eater and its doing my head in I have one meal a day and this is in the evening and 2 snacks If I eat any more than this I put serious weight on and get serious stomach cramps.I had an operation 2 months ago which meant I couldnt do any exercise and I basically ate junk for those 2 months and I put on 6 and a half pounds.Im back to my usual routine which is My daily 40mins of dancing, 20mins of calisthenic exercisesOne meal a day which is usually, chicken and potato or scrambled egg all the time boring i know and my 2 snacks which is usually like 4 ryita thins with 30g extra light phillyand I drink water and white tea Semi skimmed 1 sugar I just cant seem to shift the 6 and half pounds, Ive tried exercising more at the gym at the weekend on my days off, Im just stuck Oh I have an Active job also working with animals and Im always on my feet Xmas is coming and New year which I always go out for and if I dont shift the weight Im totally doomedAny advice is totally appreciatedIm a guy 24yrs Thanks in advance No negative comments please

I recently had a baby actually he is 6 months old and am having trouble losing the baby weight. I gained a tremendous amount while I was pregnant 55 lbs and still have about 45 to go. I was always super skinny before so I was never good about watching what I ate or working out. I joined a gym a couple of months ago but haven't seen as much progress as I thought I would. Does anyone have any tips or advice that might help me? Besides just " eating right and working out" haha.

Alright I'm 17 and I'll be going off to college this following year. I've always been a little bit heavier than I'd like to be and always tried to lose weight but I just can't stick with it. I workout now and then but I really want to change myself. I am currently 5'3 and weigh 140 on a good day but would like to be about 130. I am a pretty healthy eater already. I am trying to workout 5 times a week and burn about 350 calories each time? I was just wondering if anyone had any advice to help me lose that stubborn 10 pounds and any diet changes or workout plans I could do and ways to stay motivated. Weight loss advice! 24 week challange?
Okay, so I weigh 13 stone right now. To save you the sob story I have 24 weeks to lose around 1 1 and a half stone. Two days ago I started jogging and two miles down the line, I stopped and nearly collapsed. My vision went and I was sort of blacking out. Okay, I know I pushed it but that was two days ago and apart from sore legs, will I be able to run further next time? That other weight loss tips would be appreciated I have the right nutrition. Well I'm 21 I had my son 2 years ago and I've been in the army for 5 years since I was 17 now and this year is my last year, but I want to re enlist, but I'm over weight. I already served my 2 years of active duty before I had my son. So when I got pregnant it wasn't deal. After I had my son I lost a great deal of weight, but I work on my butt at the base and put it back on. I always pass my PT even though I am 28 pounds overweight, which no one would believes that, but still I have till August to drop at least 25 pounds and drop my BMI to 25 or so. I can be a little over weight as long as my BMI isnt obese. So any way her's my schedule and other details.7am 2 cups coffee, both with one tea spoon of sugar and creamer, bagel or scrabbled eggs and toast with bacon.1pm I normally don't eat lunch or I do eat lunch and skip breakfast and still have coffeeat about 9pm I will eat something heated up and quick like pizza or grill cheesem f I work 9am to 5pm with a one hour lunch breakand my job is logistics. I um I make transfers and pretty much sit on my butt. I go to conferences all across the world where I sit on my butt, its a stressful job just not an active one and I love my job, just cant keep it if I cant met the regulations
