Tips on weight loss for teens?
Hey I am sixteen years old, 5'7" and 165 pounds. I used to weigh 230 pounds and have successfully lost sixty five pounds which I am very proud of Those first pounds were relatively easy to get off, and now it's getting harder for me to lose more. My body has become used to my calorie restrictions, and it has been taking much longer to lose weight than it used to, and I am frequently hitting plateaus. I've never been skinny or 'normal' sized my entire life, and it's something I've wanted for a very long time. The goal is to be at least 140 pounds by the time grade eleven starts which is the beginning of september. this means that I have six months to reach this goal. Now, I know it is very realistic to lose 25 pounds in six months, that's about a pound a week weight loss, which I know is possible. I obviously know how to lose weight, seeing as I have before, but I was just wondering if anybody had some really good tips to lose these last 25 pounds, which are seemingly very difficult to get rid of. What helped you? just please tell me anything that can make this process easier, I just am curious as to what everyone has to say, and what worked for you in the past when losing the last bit of weight. Please help if you can Long, detailed answers are appreciated

Easy healthy weight loss for teens?
I'm 14 years old, 120 lbs, and 5'2. That sounds pretty normal but most of my body mass is fat, around my belly thighs upper arms... I'm not very athletic either, I spend most of my time indoorsWhat I want is too be slender and skinny, rather than toned and muscular fit. All the recommended diets and information online seems to include much exercise and that's not really what I want. I'm NOT a self conscious person, the reason I want to lose weight is because I have an interest in fashion. And most of the clothes I'd like to wear don't fit me the way I'd like, so I want to find a way to lose weight to be slender not muscular .Any advice tips information is appreciated D Thanks

i am about 5 ft 2 inches and way 96 pounds. thats totally a low weight but i want to lose stomach fat. it may seem crazy because the rest of my body is fine i just want to lose a little stomach fat. to do this i am cutting down my calories. im trying to eat about 1,200 a day but sometimes i go over or under that amount. im wondering if i eat bad foods will i still lose weight? for example, today ive had an egg and power bar for breakfast, total of about 160 calories. for a snack i had 100 calories pack of doritos. for lunch i want to eat chicken fingers and fries which is pretty high about 500 or 600 calories im guessing.. and for dinner i want a sweet potato and cornflake chicken totalling about 500 calories.. so i went a little over my calorie intake today but if i snack and eat unhealthy meals and snacks mixed with a few good things can i still lose weight? my real question is if i eat alot of bad foods, like snacks, but still stay in my calorie goal will i still lose weight?
