Best weight loss methods?
I'll be 20 years old next Wednesday and I'm 5'3. I'm an active person. I work 5 days a week. In January I decided that I needed to lose weight. I weighed 73.4 kg 161.8193 lbs . In 6 months I lost 25 lbs and went down 2 pants sizes. I have gained 3 lbs back and I now weigh 139.4 lbs. Since I'm short all of my weight seems to go to my butt, lower back, and legs. I can't seem to get rid of the extra jiggle on my inner thighs and lower back. Also, I don't have a big pudge in my stomach area but there is enough for me to be able to tell and be self soncious. I've worked hard to get the weight off that I have already but it seems that I have hit a spot where I can't lose anymore. I know that people hit plateau's and stay there a while before losing anymore weight but I was wondering if there are any methods to kick starting the weight loss again? I'd like to lose between 10 and 15 more lbs and I'd be happy. My doctor said that's the ideal weight for my body type and height.

i am almost 14 and i am 110 pounds and i am barley 5 feet tall.... i am trying to loose a about 16 pounds... im pretty fit i run 4 times a week and i do ab workouts 4 times a week also. i am pretty slim exept for my stomache and i ahve alot of fat on my under part of my arm and where my arm meets my torso right next to my uhh bosom. i really wanna let go of all that fat.... i DONT want to use ANY PILLS i want it to all be diet and exersie....and another probolem that i have with this... ive tried it before and if only followed specific eating habit for a couple days... how do i stay motivated inorder to get to the weight that i want without hurting my body? sorry its long...thanks for the help

What are some good weight loss methods. This summer I plan on getting into the best shape of my life. Right now I am in the best shape of my life probably but I'm 175 pounds at around 5 feet and 10 inches. I wanna cut down to atleast 160 and make a lot of it muscle. Two summers ago I was around 210 and cut down to about 180. I've been on and off with gaining and loosing weight. Last summer till now I dropped down to as low as 160, but that was mainly because I got pretty sick for a few days. THE QUESTION LIES HERE What should I do to reach my goal of this? I plan on running when I wake up in the morning. I'm also going to be doing training for soccer. Does anybody have tips on what I can do to lose the weight and gain muscle?
What are some effective weight loss methods that has worked for you?
I'm just looking to shed 10 15 pounds. Ive started going to the gym and I'm changing my diet. The problem is that I've never been a junk eater i.e. fast food, chips, candy...etc but I tend to eat a lot of pastas, breads, rice, dairy products, and red meat. So now I'm going to cut out pasta completely, eat brown multigrain types of bread, brown or steamed rice, low fat or fat free dairy products and more fish and chicken.However, I'm very interested in learning any fat loss tricks and strategies that has worked for other people before that didn't cause any negative side effects i.e. nausea, increased heart rate, binging....you catch my drift. Thanks

so i'm like extremely overweight. i already know i'm gonna get a whole bunch of " just watch what you eat" and other stuff like that. and let me tell you, i've tried it. i've done the healthy foods, i exercise everyday. i just can't seem to lower my weight. i mean, im a super healthy fat person. i have pretty much perfect health and i kinda don't even know how i got this fat. i need something drastic to help me lose weight. what would you recommend?damn i dont mean im a fucking whale. and for the record i do a shit load of hardcore workouts. im even in training for boxing. i just have a bit of extra baggage that i can't make go away no matter how hard i try.

Best weight-loss method for a vegetarian?
I've recently recovered from bulimia, so the past few weeks its been rough with weight gain just from my metabolism sortin itself out and whatnot. I had bulimia for years and it was horrible, i didnt realize til several months ago and thats also when I realized i had no control over it. So no freaking way im goin back to that but now I'm wondering how to lose weight w a healthy diet, also im vegetarian so no meat. I get excercise at least 4 days a week at my job, and im also going to tryn do some jogging or sumn. But i needa know what i should be eating?Btw, if you're bulimic, tell someone and get help cause ITS AMAZING to be free from it. For me the best thing is that I now have a steady weight Yay Before i was 124 140, my weight drastically changed all the time. Now i'm 137ish every day, its on the heavy side of my spectrum but it still feels great.Now to get rid of this mountain of fat in a healthy way. ExcitingThanks for any answers guys

Am I doing an affective weight loss method?
I'm 16 years old I'm 5'7 and I weigh 209. I use to weigh 233 but when I started my diet I lost like 24 pounds in a month and a half. I am trying to lose atleast another 25 to 35 pounds in a month before school starts. I eat three meals a day, but I limited myself to only eating a little over 900 calories a day and I also workout twice a day, I do intense Cardo workouts, I take walks outside, I run on the treadmill for ten minutes, and I do jumping jacks for ten mintues straight. Oh and I also drink water religiously. So will I be able to lose the amount of weight I want to, in a month if I keep doing what I am everyday?
Help me with my unusual weight loss method?
Right now, I weight 105. My goal is to lose a couple of pounds and tone my body. For the last week or so, I have been consuming around 300 400 cals a day and completing a p90x workout. However, today I ate two cheese enchiladas I didn't eat lunch which puts me over my cal intake that I have been aiming to keep up....how else can I burn some? I already did a workout, is it okay to do another? How long do you think it'll take me to lose some weight?I'm 16 and 5'2" if that makes a difference.
I need some help finding the right weight loss method for me!?
Ok so I have always been overweight it runs in my family but I was never that big until I had my son. After I had him, I made the horrible mistake of getting on depo and gained almost 70 pounds in a year before my doctor took me off of it. Well ever since I have had a horrible time losing weight. I have tried LA weight loss, Weight Watchers, going to the gym, watching what I eat, diet pills and everything. I know that I have a slow metabolism but my doctor has not prescribed anything for it. I do not eat much. I eat 3 4 small meals a day and I am a single mom of 2 kids so I am semi active. I get more active when I go to the gym or I turn on music at least a couple times a week and get up and dance because it is something I enjoy. I was hoping someone could tell me because of the back and knee pain I have what might help to get at least the first lil bit off, at least 30 40 pounds so that it will make doing the more physical activity a little easier instead of putting so much pressure on my joints. No I am not like a 600 pound person. I am around 100 lbs overweight. I do not want to be really skinny or look sick. I just want to get down to a healthy weight so I can live longer and be able to play more with my kids. By the way I have degenerative disc disease and arthritis in my back and a bad right knee that like to try to pop out of place if I am not careful. That is why if I can get something to help me lose the first small amount of weight to help my joints that I could be more active then I am now.
