My new years resolution of course is to lose weight and get healthy. I'm 5'4 and I'm 22. I weigh 275 and I'm afraid of losing the weight and having lose skin. I know that if I lose 2 5 pounds a month then lose skin won't occur but I'm shooting for 10 pounds a month due to a vacation in July that I need to lose atleast 60 pounds for. So if I lost 10 pounds for 6 months would I still have loose skin? If so how could I help it tighten? And I will be exercising every day and eating healthy.
