Is It Impossible to Lose 10 Pounds in a Short Time?

If there is an event in your job that requires you to fit into that bondage dress or you have to go to a beach weekend party with your friends, you definitely do not want to look like a pig. Sure, you can suck it all in but you can never really trick anyone if you have a bulge in your stomach. When things like this arise, all you have to do is to find ways on how to lose 10 pounds fast

It seems impossible but everything is possible if you just have the will power to do it. Here are ways to lose 10 pounds fast

1)     Drop the sugar.

If you like eating cake, candies and chocolates; just say goodbye to it until your special event ends. Instead of putting sugar on your coffee, try ordering brewed coffee instead. You can also use sugar supplements or alternatives.

2)     Say no to carbs.

If you do not know this, carbohydrates actually transforms into sugar once it goes into your system. Carbohydrates are also one of the main reasons why you have a bulge in your stomach. Say goodbye first to pasta, pizza, rice and mashed potato. Instead, choose to eat salads with lean meat or grilled chicken with a vinaigrette dressing. This will be the substitute for your carbs first just to give you the energy through the day. 

 If you really want to lose 10 pounds fast, you cannot simply rely on dieting and starving yourself. You also have to exercise. Do not attempt something strenuous. Just simply activities like running or walking your dog will do the trick.
