When you are in this diet, you have to cut out on several foods such as pastries, chocolates, cakes, ice cream and all those sugary stuffs. Instead, you have to concentrate more on foods like lean meat, vegetables, protein-rich foods and fruits. You may need to cut down on soda and alcohol too which are two of the main culprits for getting you fat.
