My first test with a shift register. LED chase effect with 8 LEDs and a 74CH595 shift register. Components I used: 1x 74CH595 shift register 8x 220 Ohm resistors 1x Arduino UNO 8x 3mm LEDs and a bunch of cables :D Thanks to DerekMolloyDCU's video for the code.

Arduino Magnetic Levitator

A magnetic levitator based on Arduino microcontroller. The ball position is sensed by a hall effect sensor placed under the electromagnet. This is energized by a PWM output channel of the Arduino board. The firmware implements a PID algorithm running at 1kHz.
