SUBSCRIBE PLEASE!!!VISIT MY COMPANION PAGE ON FACEBOOK AT WWW.FACEBOOK.COM/LOWCARBCORYFOLLOW ME ON TWITTER @LOWCARBCORYYo, what's happenin', people? This is Low Carb Cory. I'm a health/wellness/fitness coach from Central Wisconsin. I love to watch basketball and football (go Packers!), play basketball, swim and hit the beach in the summer, weight-train 3 to 4 days a week and write, produce and record my own music. I am on a mission to get RIPPED - to get my bodyfat down to about 8% and get that lean, Hollywood'ish, leading man look that makes women go crazy and makes other men seethe with envy.I started weight-training heavily in March of 2009 at what I now consider to have been quite a fat (20-24% bodyfat) 170 lbs. I had been taking the conventional advice that the health and fitness community gave me (eat 6 small meals a day, get multiple servings of grains, eat fruit, do cardio at the gym and work out 5-6 days a week) and you know what happened? I GOT FATTER. My ego wanted me to believe that I was putting on muscle, but I got a wake-up call when, after growing to 197 lbs (and although being stronger than ever), my belt, which I'd always comfortably worn on the second loop, started getting snug and chafing me on the FIRST LOOP. I was overweight, burned out, sore and tired as a dog. I decided right then and there that I was going to do something about this.I went online and spent countless hours researching and reading opinions, advice columns, weight/fat loss forums and medical research papers...and you know what I found out my problem was? I was eating too many damn carbohydrates, drinking too many damn caffeine and working myself too damn hard. So what turned out to be something I thought was a waste-of-time "fad diet", LOW CARB EATING, actually turned out to be the answer to all of my problems. Dr. Robert Atkins was on to something.Between the end of September, 2011 and the end of November, 2011, I lost 31 lbs, all the way down to my high school weight (165 lbs), using a combination of an Atkins-Diet-style "induction phase" (20g of net carbs a day, no more) and a 6-day water fast (drank nothing but water for 6 days, no food), followed by an Atkins-Diet-style maintenance eating plan that contained less than 40g of net carbs and intermittent fasting (only eating during a 2-4 hour window on any given day, usually after work, between 6:30 and 10:30 PM).I have had so much success with my fat loss weight management that I have decided to share my wisdom, knowledge and experience with you! I love to research and learn new things in my spare time constantly, so I will be giving you great information on healthy eating, fitness, general wellness, supplements, workout tips and a number of other topics as often as possible! I want you guys to be the best you can be, because we all wish we could make the world a better place, and I truly believe that I have the power to do that by helping you get more fit, healthier and in the best shape of your life. I can't wait to help you reach your fitness, wellness and health goals!Get EDUCATED, get INSPIRED and get GOING.Low Carb Cory

Jan 13, 2012 - You sure about the latest statement? I mean I might have been proven scientificaly on rats or some such, but I, er, often eat at KFC cause it's so cheap and tastes ok, and a salad and some chiken makes me feel well fed till the end of a day .

FranksFitnessChannel Says:

Jan 13, 2012 - I always knew there was some shit in all these foods that I eat. I eat mcdonalds honestly at least once a month. However, im not a fat shit cuz i work it off. But none the less, all it makes me do is wanna eat this crap more and more and more.

Jan 13, 2012 - I'm 110% sure about everything I said. Like I say in the video, check out the sites I gave you for a list of all the foods on KFC's menu that have MSG in them. Also, KFC is not cheap. You are paying someone to prep and cook your food for you when, if you were to plan your meals ahead and cook yourself, you'd not only save a shit-ton of money, but also be eating healthier. KFC knows MSG makes you crave more of their food - that's why they use it. Thanks for watching!

Jan 13, 2012 - Eating Mickey D's once a month won't kill you...at least not immediately...but I flat-out refuse to eat fast food now. I'm talking any fast food: tacos, burgers, fries, shakes, whatever. Can't work off brain damage, Frank, sorry to say! I got enough brain damage from when I used to be a binge drinker in my early to mid 20's, I'm sure. I don't need anymore from my food.

Jan 13, 2012 - Haha I feel you man. Thing is im 19. I am "invincible". Typical teenage / young adult mentality. I'm sure ill regret it about 10 years down the road

Jan 16, 2012 - People should make their own damn fried chicken.Make up some low-carb breading:1/4 c. almond meal1/4 c. vital wheat gluten2 T. Parmesan cheese (powder-like)Salt & Pepper to tasteDip your chicken in some egg, then in the breading, fry it in un-refined peanut oil and turn it over until it's crispy on all sides, then pop the chicken in a 350 degree oven for another 45 minutes to finish cooking.Damned good breaded fried chicken, virtually NO CARBS.

Feb 12, 2012 - What about V8?

lowcarbcory Says:

Feb 14, 2012 - be careful and read the label on V8, or anything you buy. You may find it has all kinds of MSG, hydrogenated oils, processed oils (like canola), etc. in it and/or added sugar (which is unnecessary). I recommend whole, natural fruits and vegetables so you know what you're getting.

Feb 26, 2012 - Hahaha! XD I love your sign & the beginning of the vid was funny lol XD

maliaX3girl Says:

Feb 27, 2012 - Sorry I commented twice bout the same thing I retuned it cuz I thought my iPod sucked lol anyway I realized that my parents are like oh but you can get this or this etc I know it's bs tho :D

lowcarbcory Says:

Feb 28, 2012 - Thanks! I colored in between the lines. I'm very talented, I know. lol

Ariosophist8814 Says:

Mar 17, 2012 - @lowcarbcory Do you sometimes get encouraged by other people to eat MSG who say: "oh just try it, you are only eating it one time, so it won't hurt"? And do you also get picked on for avoiding MSG? Dude I do! I get treated like I am a lunatic from planet fucking Mars!

Ariosophist8814 Says:

Mar 17, 2012 - I think the other purpose of MSG is to make its consumers so goddamn stupid they think it is benign! Smh...

lowcarbcory Says:

Mar 17, 2012 - And I think it's working. But I see people starting to wake up...hence all the gluten free, organic, farmer's market, and raw food movements that have started. The sheeple (sheep people) are starting to realize the lies they're being told. But the majority of people are still brainwashed and still eating their terrible pseudo-foods, not even realizing how much damage they're doing to their health.

Ariosophist8814 Says:

Mar 18, 2012 - @lowcarbcory And those majority of people still unknowingly munching M.S.G in their Doritos, if not intellionally and stubbornly, are fueling more power to the government. I wish EVERYONE would wake up, especially the police, airforce, Marines, army, Navy, doctors, nurses, as they are like the knights fighting for the king (government). **Sighs hopefully** The day......

lowcarbcory Says:

Mar 20, 2012 - yeah....and now those MSG-laden Doritos are Taco Bell taco shells! AWESOME! In a Taco Bell commercial, they were touting the fact that some young idiot drove himself and his friends 900 miles just to get those stupid Dorito tacos. Are you kidding me??? Wow.

TheFreezerdude Says:

Apr 4, 2012 - I agree guys all these commercials are ridiculous and the bad part is so many people are still buying and stuffing their bodys full of this trash and fucking slowly killing themselves!! And BTW who the fuck drives 900miles for a dam taco not to mention you know the SOB passed several other taco bells on the way to that one!! lol

lowcarbcory Says:

Apr 8, 2012 - Couldn't agree more! People need to take responsibility for what they put in their mouths!

kyk786 Says:

Apr 8, 2012 - ive only had kfc 4 times in my life so i think im safe

stasisnu18 Says:

Apr 23, 2012 - thanks for spreading the truth!
